Nordic Pine is a robust softwood that originates from the Nordic Region. Known for its slow growth in cool climates, it is typically denser than other, faster-growing pine varieties, and features a straight, moderately fine grain. This material is excellent for building projects due to its structural strength, durability, and exceptional dimensional stability that prevents warping and shrinking.

Sustainably Treated for Long-Lasting Outdoor Performance
We offer our customers two profiles of Nordic Pine, both of which are treated with a rich brown impregnated stain and treated to a high Class 4 ACQ 2100 standard using copper salts and DDAC.

This treatment method offers a safer, arsenic-free alternative to traditional CCA-treated timber, making it a more environmentally responsible choice. It is designed to deliver long-term outdoor durability, while supporting a modernised approach to timber preservation that is more environmentally safe.
