Description:
Marine ply is hardwood ply bonded with a WBP (Water/Boil proof) glue. Since both faces are A grade, this board is often used for panelling, cupboards and furniture. Due to the water /boil proof glue used, these boards are also popular in the marine / boating industry, however Marine Ply is NOT waterproof in its raw state – a varnish or sealant is still required to prevent water absorption into the wood itself.
